Payment: We currently accept Paypal, personal checks, money orders. Call us at 1-305-395-6316 to place your credit card order with one of our friendly associates. Note that we use Paypal for processing some of our phone card orders.

Shipping: Except in some rare occasions we ship all your purchases within 1 working day of payment.

Our shipping rates are as follows: $4.50 for orders up to $5.00, $5.00 for orders up to $10.00, $5.50 for orders up to $20.00, $6.50 for orders up to $40.00, $7.50 for orders up to $75.00, $8.50 for orders up to $100.00, $9.50 for orders up to $150.00, $12.50 for orders up to $200.00.

We will use the most appropriate method of shipment: Lighter items (less than 1 lb) will go USPS First Class Parcel (3-8 days). Items 2-5 lbs will go either USPS Priority(2-3 days) or UPS Ground (3-5 days). Heavier and multiple-item orders will go UPS Ground (3-5 days). Please contact us for bulk discount pricing!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EXPEDITED AND/OR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:: We do not offer additional expedited shipping (such as overnight, 2nd-day air, Express) other than what is offered in our listings. Also, we do not ship anywhere outside the U.S. IMPORTANT: Free Shipping and UPS Ground shipping offers do not apply to shipments outside the contiguous 48 United States!

RETURNS:

In order to keep our prices the lowest on the internet, we are very strict about returns. Before you purchase a part, be sure you are technically capable of diagnosing a faulty part (especially if it's an electrical part) or have someone qualified diagnose it for you - this is a strict qualification you'll need should you want to return a defective part. We are very fair, and if we make a mistake (For example: we send you the wrong part or give you the wrong part number for the model you provided us) we will go 200% out of our way to fix it and make it right. We will send you the correct part and we will pay for return shipping on the incorrect part both ways. If, however, you order the wrong part and/or you install that part and it does not solve your problem, we will not take it back unless you can show the part is defective. Refunds, not exchanges are generally issued as a matter of company policy.

PRODUCTS RECEIVED DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:

Please inspect the package before accepting delivery of an item that appears obviously damaged and refuse delivery from the carrier. In the event that you cannot refuse delivery, contact us as soon as you notice the damage. We will ask for any information necessary including a description and photograph of the damaged package and/or damaged product. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Be aware that some claims may take up to 72 hours to be accepted for investigation.

REFUSED DELIVERY & UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:

If you refuse delivery of a part or a part is sent back to us marked as "refused" delivery, we will treat it as an unauthorized return and credit may not be issued. If credit is issued, delivery charges and 20% re-stocking charges will be deducted from the credit amount.

FAILED MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY PARTS:

If you feel that the part you purchased is "defective" the manufacturer will ask for proof of failure in order to provide you with a replacement. A simple verbal "it does not work", will not suffice, they need to know exactly what component or part of the component failed. We may ask that you send us some documentation of the failure. This documentation can only be a service work order from an appliance repair service company; no other documentation or "proof" will be accepted. The manufacturer may ask for the failed part in return and you may be responsible for its return shipping costs. But if you cannot provide this evidence, we will not do a warranty exchange or refund for you.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN:

You must call us or email us if you wish to return something, we accept returns on qualifying parts (see guidelines above) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If you email us for a failed part warranty, be sure and include any documentation of the failure. Attach a photocopy of the service work order which includes your appliance's model and serial number and an explanation of the failure and repair. Upon approval, our representative will give you instructions on where to send the return. Do not return the part to the address it came from; we use fulfillment warehouses in different parts of the country and they will not accept returns. Please be sure and get a Return Authorization code from our representative. This code is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. We will not process your return without this code! Credit, minus any shipping charges or restocking fees, will be posted to the same method of payment you used within 7 working days.

REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE:

Appliance Care Store is committed to keeping our environment clean and reducing our carbon footprint. Whenever possible, we will use recyclable and recycled materials in our packaging and products. We have also partnered with local recycling centers to reuse any recyclable product so it does not go to waste. We encourage our customers and trade partners to help us in our conservation efforts by implementing a simple recycling policy and practices - together we can make a difference!
